This is to help prevent moisture from entering the asphalt's base.
(This does NOT include alligator or spider cracks. The material will NOT bond. These areas need to be repaired with Asphalt, which is an additional cost). We would properly clean all major cracks (1/4" elongated or greater) removing all vegetation and excess debris. Installing Pourable filler allowing uniform edges. Full depth areas may not be flush with surface pending sub base conditions, these areas may need silica sand prior to installing filler. Please allow 45 min - to 1 hr dry time.
