Sealcoating is for maintaining asphalt. Once fresh asphalt is installed you must wait at least a minimum of 90 days cure time prior to sealcoating. Sealcoating is also Seasonal from March until November. Mostly due to weather changes and temperatures. Sealcoating cannot be installed on any type of windy, rainy, snowy or dew fall days. Temperatures need to be 55 degrees and rising on that day. Allowing at least 24-48 hours cure time prior to any traffic including the following; (NO vehicles, foot traffic or bicyclist allowed). We offer a Spray sealcoating and we offer a Squeegee sealcoating.
Residential Sealcoating
There are two types of sealer to use on a driveway. Latex (water base) or Oil Base. We suggest getting 2 sealants done in a two-year time frame. You are not required to sealcoat every single year.
Commercial Sealcoating
We recommend using Latex (water base) sealant for a business property. Pending the amount of traffic Bobby may suggest a double coat in the roadways and a single coat for your parking spaces. Allowing proper cure time prior to opening to traffic including the following; (NO vehicles, foot traffic or bicyclist allowed).
