Asphalt Repairs

We look for major potholes, depressed low areas and or divots. Making sure the area is saw cut or milled in preparation of the repair. Installing CRS-2 tack coat to ensure bonding. You can use a surface course asphalt for light duty repairs or you can use a commercial course asphalt for heavy duty repairs pending on the traffic. 

Please remember that newly constructed asphalt parking lots or driveways may occasionally exhibit surficial tire scuff marks and indentations particularly when opened to early traffic. Often exacerbated during periods of hot or humid weather. This will not affect the long-term performance of the asphalt pavement and will eventually fade.
