Asphalt Repairs

Effective asphalt repair begins with a thorough evaluation of the pavement surface. Our team identifies major potholes, low or depressed areas, and surface divots to determine the appropriate corrective approach. Each repair area is carefully saw‑cut or milled to create clean, stable edges that ensure long‑lasting results. We apply a CRS‑2 tack coat to promote strong bonding between the existing pavement and the new asphalt layer.

For the asphalt placement, we select the appropriate mix based on traffic demands. Surface course asphalt is ideal for light‑duty repairs, while commercial‑grade asphalt is recommended for heavy‑duty areas exposed to higher volumes or heavier loads.

Please note that newly constructed asphalt driveways and parking lots may occasionally show temporary tire scuff marks or minor indentations, especially when exposed to early traffic or during periods of hot or humid weather. These cosmetic marks are normal, do not impact long‑term pavement performance, and will fade over time as the asphalt cures.
